Avery Anderson, MS, RDN, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist passionate about helping individuals improve their health through practical, evidence-based nutrition. She earned her master's degree in nutrition and dietetics from Bastyr University followed by her dietetic internship at the University of California, San Francisco, where she received comprehensive clinical training in medical nutrition therapy across diverse patient populations.

Drawing on her clinical experience, Avery specializes in weight management, wellness, and the prevention and management of chronic disease.
